How Messaging Works On Peppery

Messaging on Peppery is all about keeping everything organized and the conversation flowing with your clients and team members. Let’s dive into the details:

Two Spots for Messages #

Via Your Dashboard #

As soon as you log into your account, you’ll see the “Inbox” menu item on the left side. This is your hub for all messages across all your projects. Unopened letters let you know you haven’t checked them out yet. Once you click on a message, you’ll be brought to the corresponding project, where you can respond.

Within Projects #

If you’re looking for messages that relate to a specific project, head straight to that project. Once there, select “Messages.” You’ll find all the messages and comments related to that project.

Who Can See The Messages #

Remember, it’s important to be mindful of what’s being sent.

When messaging, make sure you and your team members only write what you’re comfortable sharing with each other and your clients. Clients will be able to see all messages related to their project. So keep the conversation professional and client-friendly.
