Keeping track of several projects for the same client? No problemo! Your client can have multiple portals to keep things organized and hassle-free.
Creating a New Project for the Same Client #
Just follow these simple steps:
- Create a new project.
- Choose the client from the drop-down menu.
- Navigate to the client’s page, and voilà! Both projects will show up.
Once you’ve got the portal set up for the new project, share portal access with a client contact. Keep in mind that client contacts from previous projects won’t be automatically added to the new project.
If you invite the same client contact as for the previous project, your client will be able to choose between their different client portals during login.
What About Team Members?
When you create a new project for the same client, your team members from the previous project will be automatically added to the new project.
